When a young family with a little one found their “forever home” in West Vancouver, they weren’t just buying a house — they were investing in a dream. Inspired by their travels through Morocco and the Middle East, they envisioned a space that would blend the warmth, color, and intricate detailing of those regions with the comfort and functionality needed for modern family life.

Our journey with them began with a bold transformation. The existing 2,700 sq. ft. structure was completely reimagined and expanded to an impressive 4,500 sq. ft., maximizing every inch of their allowable floor area. This not only gave them more room for daily living, but it also unlocked new possibilities — like turning the once-limited crawl space into a fully functional game room and home theatre, perfect for movie nights and family fun.

Every room in Casa Blanca tells a story. The design flows seamlessly from one space to the next, creating a cohesive experience where no corner feels out of place. The open living area spills into the backyard, erasing the boundary between indoor comfort and outdoor living — ideal for gatherings under the Vancouver sky.
