Initial Consultation
At the free initial consultation, we’ll discuss your specific needs, ideas, project scope, budget and timeline. In addition, we explain our design process and answer any question and concerns you may have. We will organize our designers and tradespeople to make your custom homebuilding and renovation process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Contract and project planning
Once the judget is confirmed, we sign off the contract. At this stage, your assigned project manager will start scheduling the construction based on your timeline and will instantly setup your client communication portal.

Post construction
The construction checklist will be reviewed by your project manager prior to walkthrough and after they walk with you through your project, all the identified deficiencies or corrections will be made at the earliest time. Our goal is to move you in as soon as possible, once all applicable inspections are complete and work is finished to your approval.

Design and budgeting
Our team of highly skilled designers will help you to create the exact custom home that you have envisioned and more. We work closely with you to draft the design and select all the materials. When you are happy with the look and the design of your home, we will provide you a construcion estimate and start preparing all the contract documents, securing all the required permits and submit your plans to your local authority for approval.

Construction and project management
Construction is often the most exciting aspect of home building. You’ll have direct access to us throughout the process and we’ll keep you up to date on progress at each step of the way so there are no surprises. You can also monitor the progress of your project, track all the bills, and communicate with your project manager through Enzo’s cli ent portal, no matter where you are.
