THE ARTIST'S SILO

The “Artist’s Silo” renovation project in Yaletown, Vancouver, BC, was meticulously designed to reflect the unique personality and artistic passions of its owner, a seasoned professional in TV and movies with a deep appreciation for vintage items from Victoria. The condo serves not only as his residence but as a living gallery of his collections and artistic expressions. Key changes included removing the bathtub in the main bathroom to separate the master bedroom from the master bathroom, enhancing privacy. This alteration was complemented by the addition of a spacious walk-in closet in the master bedroom, which organizes and showcases the owner’s belongings.

In the guest bathroom, we installed a tub, replacing the previous corner shower to offer a more traditional and inviting space for visitors. The condo also features numerous smart storage solutions throughout, ensuring that every item has its place without compromising the aesthetic appeal. Under-cabinet lighting was added to enhance the ambiance and showcase the artistic decor. With these thoughtful modifications, the “Artist’s Silo” is a true reflection of its owner’s creative legacy, blending functionality with artistic flair to create a vibrant and inspiring living space.
